Cream Cheese Cookies 2

1 c. unsalted butter
1 c. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Cookie Press

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt and mix well.
  3. Fill cookie press.
  4. On a baking sheet, spread cookies 1" apart.
  5.  Bake for 15 -17 minutes.
  6. Cool on wire racks.
