1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour, all-purpose
3/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
1/2 cup brown sugar, light brown & packed
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1/3 up melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, large
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350◦
- Grease & flour an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. Whisk until well mixed.
- Beat in butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan (step 2)
- Melt the peanut butter in the microwave until thin.
- Drizzle over the peanut butter over the brownie batter.
- Sprinkle with peanut butter chips and they milk chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
