No-Bake Turtle Cheesecake

Gram-cracker pie crust
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup xxx sugar (confectioners)
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar, granulated
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup hot fudge topping + more for garnish
1/3 cup caramel topping + more for garnish

  1. Beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in 1/2 cup xxx sugar. Set aside.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of the hot fudge in the pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the pecans on top of the caramel. Set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat on high speed until light and fluffy.
  5. Stir in the heavy whipping cream (Step 1)
  6. Pour this into the pie crust.
  7. Drizzle some more hot fudge, caramel.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top.
