1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup corn syrup
1-2 tsp peppermint extract
3 cups xxx sugar
Melting chocolate
Sprinkles (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)
- In a bowl combine the butter, corn syrup, xxx sugar and peppermint extract. Mix well.
- Knead lightly.
- Form into balls and flatten.
- Freeze for about 15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Dip dough into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- If you plan to add sprinkles do it before the chocolate sets.
