Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- In a mixing bowl combine the butter, sugar and salt. beat until smooth.
- Add vanill. Slow add the flour.
- fold in ¾ cup of the chocolate chips.
- Transfer dough to a 9 x 13 pan, pressing the dough on the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes. do not underbake.
- Allow to cool in pan for about 5 minutes.
- cut lengthwise into retangles.
- when cookies are cool, melt the remaining chips over lowheat and dip half the cookie into the chocolate.
- Place on waxpaper until set.
