Caramel-Cream Trifle
Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup caramel ice-cream topping
- 2 (2.07 oz) candy bars with caramel, chocolate & peanut (Snickers ?)
- 1 tubs chocolate pudding (22 oz)
Instructions
- For presentation purposes, use a clear glass dessert bowl, evenly distribute ⅓ of the cake cubes into the bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat the the whipping cream until stiff peaks have formed.
- Fold in caramel.
- Spoon half of the caramel cream over the cake cubes.
- Chop the candy bar into pieces, and sprinkle half of this over the cream.
- Top this off with another ⅓ of cake cubes.
- Spoon the chocolate pudding over the cake.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for no less than 2 hours.
