I'm not sure where I got this recipe from, it's pre-printed on a recipe card. I've had it for a while as the recipe has yellowed with age. I did find it on taste-of-home's website.
Ingredients
- 12 oz pkg of butterscotch chips
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1-1/2 cup tiny marshmallows
- ⅔ cup chunk-style peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped (I think I'd prefer walnuts)
Instructions
- In a saucepan add candy, condensed milk and marshmallows. Stir constantly until everything is melted. (This step can also be done in the microwave, heat for 1-1/2 minutes at 80% power, stir. Continue in 30 second increments until everything is melted and smooth.)
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredeints.
- Pour into a butter 9x9 pan.
- Chill
- * If your counting calories, cut into 78 pieces.
