Angel Lush Cake

Angel Lush Cake
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
½ cup xxx sugar
1 angel food cake
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks have formed. add the xxx sugar. set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the pudding mix and pineapple.
  3. Add the fruit and pudding to the whipped cream. Stir.
  4. Cut the angel food cake into 3 equal layers.
  5. Place the bottom layer of cake on a plate.
  6. Spread 1-1/2 cups of the pudding mixture on the cake.
  7. Cover with the middle layer.
  8. Put another 1-1/2 cups of the pudding on this layer.
  9. Place the top layer on top of this.
  10. Spread the remaining pudding mixture on top of this.
