Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup almonds, slivered
- 8 oz bar of white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1-1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 375 ◦
- Combine the flour, salt and baking soda, stir and set aside
- In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the almond extract and eggs.
- Gradually add the flour mixture. Beat well.
- Fold in the almonds and white chocolate.
- Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes.
