Pina Colata Cake

You'll love this moist, decadent cake. made with Coco Lopez, sweetened condensed milk, and topped with slightly sweetened real whipping cream and flaked coconut
  • White cake mix
  • 1 bag of flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can CoCo Lopez
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup xxx sugar
  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the xxx sugar. Mix well. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, 1 cup of flaked coconut, and vanilla. Bake the cake as directed on the package.
  3. Combine the Co co Lopez and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Using a fork, poke holes in the cake and pour the Coco Lopez mixture over it.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Top with the whipped cream
  7. Sprinkle the remaining coconut over the cake.
