Peanut Butter Fudge

3 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
18 oz can of creamy peanut butter

Candy thermometer 

  1. Combine the sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan, bring to a soft ball point. (use the candy thermometer)
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter.
  3. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan.
  4. Allow to cool before, cutting.
