Ingredients
- 1 graham crack crust
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Toppings of your choice (Raspberry or strawberry jam, fresh fruit chocolate sauce, whipped cream)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and sweetened ondensed milk until light and fluffy,
- Pour into pie rust.
- Allow to chill for at leave 3 hours.
- Top with your preferred garnish.
