Non-Bake Cheesecake Pie

  • 1 graham crack crust
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Toppings of your choice (Raspberry or strawberry jam, fresh fruit chocolate sauce, whipped cream)
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and sweetened ondensed milk until light and fluffy,
  2. Pour into pie rust.
  3. Allow to chill for at leave 3 hours.
  4. Top with your preferred garnish.
