Ingredients
- ¾ cup + ⅓ cup butter
- ¾ cup xxx sugar
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- ½ Hershey's cocoaa
- 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1-1/4 cup almonds, toast and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup hot water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a mixing bowl beat ¾ cup butter, and sugar until creamy.
- Add flour. Mix well.
- Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Ina saucepaan, melt ⅓ cup butter, stir in cocoa.
- Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool. Chill throughly.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
