Fool-Proof Fudge

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  1. In a microwavable bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, chcolate chips and salt cook for about 2 minutes. Stir. Continue with 30 minute increment if needed to melt all the chips.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread into a foil lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn fudge over onto a cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares.
  6. Sote at room temeprature.
