1 small pkg of sugar free orange jello 
1 small pkg of sugar free vanilla pudding 
1 sugar free container of fat free coolwhip 
1-10 oz can manadrine oranges, drained

  1. Mix jello according to pkg directions
  2. Alllow to sit for 10 minutes
  3. Using a mixture ad the dry pudding mix and beat until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the Coolwhip, continue to beat.
  5. Fold in oranges.

Makes 8 servings 

1/2 cup per serving

112 calories per serving

 2-1/2 Weight Watcher Pts (based on a 1 cup serving)

* Not sure where I got this recipe from, I had it written down on a piece of paper. The original recipe said that a serving size was one cup, when I calulated the calories it was 222 calories. I found that a bit much in regards to calories, at least if you're trying to lose weight.
