2-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons softened butter
1-1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350◦
- Grease & flour a 9 x 13 pan.
- In a mixing bowl combine the butter & brown sugar. Beat until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beat well.
- Add baking powder & salt. Mix well.
- Stir in flour.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
- Bake for 30 minutes
