Chocolate Cream Dessert

1 chocolate cake mix
 3/4 cup cold butter
1 egg
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1-1/3 pint of heavy whipping cream
2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding (3.9 oz)
1 cup xxx sugar
3 cups milk
Chocolate curls or chocolate sprinkles for garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 350◦
  2. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Set aside.
  3. n a mixing bowl, using a pastry blender, cut the butter into the cake mix. It will resemble coarse crumbs.
  4. Add eggs and mix well.
  5. Press into a greased 9"x 13" baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool completely.
  8. Beat the cream cheese and 1 cup  xxx sugar until fluffy & creamy.
  9. Fold in one cup of the whipping cream. 
  10. Spread over the cake. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  11. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding. Wait about 15 minutes and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  12. Top with the remaining whipping cream that has been sweetened with 1/3 cup xxx sugar.
  13. Refrigerate for 2 ours or more before serving.
  14. Garnish with chocolate curls or sprinkles.
