Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker Cannolis

  • 1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup xxx sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup miniture chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg gramcrackers, plain, honey or cinnamon broken in half.
  • ⅔ cup fat free whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Jello sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix (optional)
  1. Mix togeher everything except for the gram crackers.
  2. Place About 2 tablespoons of mixture on half the gramcracker squares.
  3. Top with the other half.
  4. Store in the freezer. I like to wrap these in wax paper.
  5. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before your ready to eat it.
