16 oz pkg pasta (Your choice)
1 lb ground beef, cooked
15 oz ricotta cheese
16 ox shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
32 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375◦
- Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta of choice, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
- Put aside 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
- In a large bowl combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, ricotta cheese, remainder of the mozzarella cheese, egg, and 2 cups of the spaghetti sauce.
- Pour the pasta/meat mixture in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Top with remaining sauce, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
