Baked Apple Delight

2 cups sliced apples (cored and peeled)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 pkt low sugar brown sugar cinnamon instant oatmeal

  • Preheat oven to 425 ◦  
  • Put apples in a baking dish
  • Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and oatmenal.
  • Sprinkle over the apples.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. stir
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

*Great served with a 1/2 c of vanilla ices cream (not included in the calorie info)

Makes four servings
