2 cups sliced apples (cored and peeled)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 pkt low sugar brown sugar cinnamon instant oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 425 ◦
- Put apples in a baking dish
- Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and oatmenal.
- Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven. stir
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
*Great served with a 1/2 c of vanilla ices cream (not included in the calorie info)
