Veggie Chicken Casserole


 Here is a company’s company easy-to-make casserole that will have you out-of-the-kitchen in no time at all, so you can spend more time with your guest.
Veggie Chicken Casserole

  • 8 oz cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 oz mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2-1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Combine 2 tablespoon butter, milk, chicken, pasta veggies and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  3. Put the above mixture in a 8" baking dish.
  4. Combine the bread crumbs, butter and Parmesan cheese. Mix together. Sprinkle evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
