Sugar-Free Brownies

1 tablespoon butter (to grease pan)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate.
1/4 cup canola or veg oil
2 egg white
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 mashed bananas

  • Preheat oven to 350◦ 
  • Grease a 9 x 13 pan with butter
  • In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour cocoa, and baking powder.
  • Add the apple juice concentrate, oil, egg, walnuts, and banana. Mix weill.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Allow the brownies to cool before cutting in 12 pieces.
