Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup softened butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups cake flour
- 6 eggs, (add one at a time, beating after each one)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Combine above ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased bundt pan and bake for 90 minutes.
- To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
- Or if you prefer you can make a vanilla glaze:
- cup of powdered sugar
- teaspoon vanilla
- milk
- Combine sugar, vanilla, & milk. Add enough milk until you get desired consistency.
- Pour over cake after it has cooled slightly.
