Caramel Apple Dip

8 ox softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 jar caramel ice cream topping

  • With a mixer beat the above ingredients until light and creamy.
* Serve with apple slices.

To keep the apples from turning brown:
Pour 1 cup of water into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Allow apples to soak  for 1 minute.
Remove & rinse under cool running water.
Pat apples to dry.
