Beef Stroganoff

1 lb of lean beef (any kind will do, ground, steak, roast etc..)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix
16 oz sour cream
8 or 16 oz fresh mushrooms

  • Place beef in bottom of crock pot.
  • Combine remaining ingredients. (except mushrooms) Mix well.
  • Pour over beef.
  • Put mushrooms on top of soup mixture.
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  • Stir before stirring.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
