3 cups flour

6 apples

Combine:
3 cups flour

- Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 450°
In a 2/3 cup measuring cup:
Beat 1 egg
Add 1 teaspoon vinegar
Fill up the rest of the cup with water
Beat 1 egg
Add 1 teaspoon vinegar
Fill up the rest of the cup with water
- Add to flour mixture.
- On a lightly floured board, knead to shape then roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut into 6 squares
- Place an apple on each square.
- Top each apple with a little sugar, a dab of butter and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon.
- Bring dough u to cover apple and pinch edges to seal.
- Place in a greased pan, sealed edges under. Set aside.
Combine:

1-1/3 cup hot water
Dash of cinnamon

- Pour over dumplings.
- Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; then reduce heat to 350° and bake until done.
