Creamy Pastel Mints

1 3 oz package of cream cheese
⅜ teaspoon peppermint extract
Food color 1 drop of each color (pick three colors of your choice)
3 cups xxx sugar
3 bowls (for mixing)
In each bowl add:
1 oz cream cheese
⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract

  • Mix well.
  • Add ½ cup xxx sugar per batch to dust counter and to roll out. Use 1" cookie cutters for desired shapes.
  • Store covered in the refrigerate.
