1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup oat milk, rice milk or almond milk
1 cup blueberries
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Combine above ingredients except for blueberries. Mix well.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
