Amish Buckeyes

2 cups Rice Krispies (I use generic)
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Almond Bark (chocolate flavored)

  • Combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill for an hour or two.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Melt almond bark and dip balls into melted chocolate.
  • Place on waxpaper to harden.
These freeze well.
