1/2 cup Butter
2/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken stock
3 chicken bouillon cubes or 3 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
2 cups milk
4 cups cooked diced chicken breast
8 oz fresh mushrooms
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
2 large carrots, peeled and diced
2 celery ribs, sliced into small pieces
1 small onion , diced
Cooked Rice

Cooked Rice
- In a saucepan: Melt butter
- Put flour and milk in a jar and shake well.
- Add flour/milk mixture to melted butter.
- Add chicken stock & bouillon.
- Add vegetables & chicken.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
