12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup finely chopped nuts

- Preheat oven to 375°
- Line the bottom of a 9x13 ungreased pan with a single layer of saltine crackers.
- Boil for 3 minutes the brown sugar and butter.
- Pour this evenly over the saltine crackers.
- Bake this for 4 minutes.
- When melted spread chocolate evenly.
- Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
