1 cup of sifted whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon oil
- Sift flour a 2nd time along with the salt.
- Using a pastry blender add the butter.
- Mix together the water and oil. Add to flour.
- Using you hands mix will.
- Divide dough into thirds and roll very thin. May be cut into shapes if desired.
- Bake 8-12 minutes at 400° on an ungreased pan .
