2 cups butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar + additional for dusting
2 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
2 cups chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Combine: Butter & sugar; beat well
- Add water and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add the flour a little bit at a time.
- Fold in pecans.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatter with a spoon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- When cool dust with powdered sugar.
