1-1/2 cup to 2 cups flour
1/2 t 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water
Mix and knead the above ingredients for 4 minutes.
Divide into 6 sections.
Rolls out each section into a thin circle.
These can be heated in a greased skillet on med heat on the stove top for 1-3 minutes per side or can be deep fried.
* Tip When cooking on a stove top it is time to flip it when you see bubbles forming.
