1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed in refrigerator or make your own!
Flour for dusting surface
Filling:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
Frosting
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to for a 15x7 rectangle.
- Combine brown sugar & cinnamon. Set aside.
- Spread butter over dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over butter.
- Roll dough up in a long tube.
- Slice in 16 pieces. Place on a greased cookie sheet and allow to double in size. (about an hour if in a warm place.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately frost while still hot.
