Potato AuGratin | Crockpot.


 

3 lb potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/8" rounds

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup flour

2 cups milk

2 teaspoons garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

I cup sharp Cheese, shredded


Melt butter in a saucepan.

Whisk in flour.

Add milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Stir until well incorporated.

Add cheese. Whisk until thick and creamy.

Layer in thirds, start with potatoes and end with cheese.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
