Home-made Coconut Macaroons



Coconut Macaroons

One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg white, beatened to the consistancy of whipped cream.
14 oz (5-1/3 cups) flaked cocanut
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Line a pan with parchment paper (or line with foil and grease)
Combine all the above ingredients
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned.
