Moist Pumpkin Bread


3-1/2 cups flour
2 C. brown sugar
2/3 cup white granulated sugar
One 15-oz can pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 t nutmeg
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Flour & grease two loaf pans. Set aside.
Combine above ingredients.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 50-55 minutes. Original recipe said 1 hour + 15 minutes, but it was done in less than an hour.
After removing from oven, cover with foil and allow to steam for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and allow to cool on a wire rack.
