Ramen Steak Skillet

3/4 lb. skirt or flank steak
1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 orange bell peppers, sliced
1 head baby bok choy, chopped
3 packs boiled ramen noodles made without the seasoning packs

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. 
2. Add steak and sear until your desired doneness.
3.  Transfer to a cutting board and allow to rest for about 5 minutes. Slice.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and cayenne until combined and set aside. 
5. Add garlic, peppers, and bok choy to skillet and cook until tender, 6 minutes, then add soy sauce mixture and stir until fully coated. 
Add ramen noodles and steak. Toss until combined.
