Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake

¼ cup whole wheat flour
¼ tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
2 ½ Tbsp. nonfat milk
¼ tsp. pumpkin spice (mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice)
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 packet stevia all natural sweetener

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mug.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
