Chocolate & Peanut Butter Brownies



1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour, all-purpose
3/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
1/2 cup brown sugar, light brown & packed
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1/3 up melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, large
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350◦
  2. Grease & flour an 8  x 8 or  9 x 9 pan. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. Whisk until well mixed.
  4. Beat in butter, milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan (step 2)
  6. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave until thin.
  7. Drizzle over the peanut butter over the brownie batter.
  8. Sprinkle with peanut butter chips and they milk chocolate chips.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
