Chicken Parmesan

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
Egg (beaten)
3/4 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
1-1/2 cup of pizza sauce
8 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Oregano, ground
.5 tbsp Basil

Preheat oven to 350
Cut chicken breast in half
Beat egg
Combine the bread crumbs, basil and oregano. Mix well.
Dip chicken breast first into egg and then breadcrumbs.
Place on baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Pour 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on top of each piece of chicken
Sprinkle the mozzarella. cheese over chicken

Bake until cheese is melted.
