Have you ever considered using a menstrual cup? Here I am 50+ and just learned about this now. I wish I would of known about this years ago.

What is a Menstrual Cup?

It is a feminine hygiene product that is usually made of a medical grade silicone. It is shaped like and bell and is flexible. You wear it inside the vagina during your monthly period. The cup then collects the fluid rather than absorb it like pads and tampons.

There are many brands to choose from, but I will discuss the Diva Cup because it is a well like product with good reviews.

It is idea for women and girls of all ages. It is easy to use, and most importantly comfortable. In most cases if offered 12 hours of leak- free protection.
