
3 large lightly beaten (Eggland's Best Eggs)
1 cup dark corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, unsalted
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup pecans, halved
9-inch unbaked pie crust
- Preheat oven to 350◦
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla.
- Arrange the pecan halves over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the pecans.
- Bake until filing is set, about 45-50 minutes.

I got this recipes out of a recipe/coupon book that my local grocery store was giving out around the holidays. After a bit of research I found the recipe and image on Eggland's Best Eggs website.
