Gram-cracker pie crust
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup xxx sugar (confectioners)
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar, granulated
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup hot fudge topping + more for garnish
1/3 cup caramel topping + more for garnish
- Beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in 1/2 cup xxx sugar. Set aside.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the hot fudge in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the pecans on top of the caramel. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat on high speed until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the heavy whipping cream (Step 1)
- Pour this into the pie crust.
- Drizzle some more hot fudge, caramel.
- Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top.
