Lasagna | Crockpot Style





4 eggs
Lasagna noodles
1 head of garlic, minced
24 oz cottage or ricotta cheese
4 cans (15 oz) of pasta sauce or tomato sauce
1 cup Parmesan cheese + additional for top
2 cups of mozzarella cheese + additional for top
2 lb preferred meat (ground beef, sausage etc.)

  1. In a skillet, cook the meat and minced garlic is throughly cooked and no longer pink. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cheeses and egg. Stir. Set aside.
  3. Combine the meat and pasta sauce. Mix well.
  4. Grease the bottom and sides of crock pot to prevent sticking.
  5. Put a spoonful or two of sauce in the bottom of crock pot.
  6. Place lasagna noodles over sauce.
  7. Next layer the cheese
  8. Repeat layers
  9. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cook for 4-5 hours on low.
