Chocolate Cheesecake Bites

8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
4 Tbs butter, room temperature
1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
4 cups powdered sugar
10 oz chocolate chips
  1. Combine the cream cheese and butter. Mix well
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time.
  4. Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Roll into balls and place on wax paper.
  6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  7. Dip balls into chocolate, covering completely.
  8. Place back on wax paper and allow to cool until chocolate has hardened.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.
