4 Tbs butter, room temperature
1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
4 cups powdered sugar
10 oz chocolate chips
- Combine the cream cheese and butter. Mix well
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
- Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll into balls and place on wax paper.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- Dip balls into chocolate, covering completely.
- Place back on wax paper and allow to cool until chocolate has hardened.
- Store in the refrigerator.
