Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bombs | Video Demonstration



1 lb chicken breast
1-1/2 chunk cheese, cutinto strips
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs parsley, chopped
Vegetable oil


  1. Combine the flour, parmesan, pepper and parsley in a bowl. Mix well and set aside
  2. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. Slice chicken breasts into large chunks.
  4. Cut a slit in the chicken breast down the middle, but not all the way through.
  5. Cut a small stick of cheddar that will fit into the chicken and stuff it in.
  6. Dip the stuffed chicken into the flour, then into the egg, and back into the flour, shaking off excess.
  7. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  8. Serve with marinara, parmesan, or parsley to finish!
