How To Make Homemade Peppermint Patty Candy





1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup corn syrup
1-2 tsp peppermint extract
3 cups xxx sugar
Melting chocolate
Sprinkles (optional)

  • In a bowl combine the butter, corn syrup, xxx sugar and peppermint extract. Mix well.
  • Knead lightly.
  • Form into balls and flatten.
  • Freeze for about 15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate.
  • Dip dough into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  • If you plan to add sprinkles do it before the chocolate sets.
