According to a study in the International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases, Eating just 4 tbs of ground sesame seeds daily can reduce the inflammation and protect joints from wear and tear.
They also did a 2-month study and found that this all-natural remedy did better than those who were taking Tylenol and glucosamine.
